The Green Trail: Châteaubriant / Soudan / Segré-en-Anjou

The Voie verte from Châteaubriant to Maine-et-Loire will take you in the footsteps of the old railway workers, allowing you to discover several landscape windows typical of northern Loire-Atlantique and Maine et Loire which have been shaped over the years! 46 km of secure paths await you! (one way ticket)

Old railway line redeveloped into a green way, in consultation with the two communities of Communes (Châteaubriant-Derval and Anjou Bleu) for the practice of cycling, rollerblading (on certain portions) and walks:

From Châteaubriant to Soudan: asphalt track (11 km)

From Soudan to Segré-en-Anjou: compacted sand track (35 km) alternating with sections on municipal roads

Suggested departures:

Châteaubriant, Place Charles de Gaulle (2 km section on shared road)

Soudan, parking lot of the municipal hall (rue de l’Abbé Trigodet)
