The longère is located in Châteaubriant (1.5 km from the SNCF railway station), on the D163 (in direction Erbray-Angers), on the edge of a lake. We welcome you, on the 1st floor of our residence, in two rooms of character including  room of privatory water with toilet. 6000 m² of enclosed garden.
